Professor Willem Verbeke

Here at Professional Capital we are currently experiencing our fastest growth since we started 5 years ago. Evidently many firms ask us to teach them how to sell. Interesting to look at is what firms did when they were not selling. The answer is that many firms think too big and want change the world in one day. An example of how to do this is Microsoft, and thus teachers teach us how to set standards and change the rules of the game like Microsoft.

Professor Willem Verbeke has written many books on sales and related subjects such as networking and leadership. He is considered to be the European authority on sales. His sold out book ‘The Successful Shaping of Key Accounts” is only still available via the Professional Capital website (in Dutch and English). Please fill out the form on the website. The books below are available online in Dutch.

VerkopenvanKennis With this book Willem Verbeke illustrates the competencies necessary to be successful as a knowledge broker. Usually different ‘habitats’ contain the knowledge essential to the knowledge broker. He/she must be able to function in all of these habitats to be able to help the customer and him-/herself. Essentially selling knowledge requires wisdom: that wisdom lies within your grasp with this book.
Nieuwesgierig leiderschap In present-day economy a company is successful when heterogenic knowledge is collected, selected and restructured to create a valuable solution for a customer. Willem Verbeke argues that truly curious leaders are best able to perform this task and make companies profitable.
